Recruiters manage up to 60 healthcare professionals and place
them on medical assignments * Electronic Medical Records Recruiter
consults with Marketing Director to provide the appropriate direct
hire arrangement * Electronic Medical Records Recruiter communicates
effectively with employees, clients and internal office staff
* Electronic Medical Records Recruiter assists CEO prospecting
new business * Electronic Medical Records Recruiters assists in
all aspects of a full cycle healthcare recruiter * Electronic
Medical Records Recruiters are required to get 5 contracts signed
per month for direct hire facilities

and goals to place them in qualified positions that match their
needs. Electronic Medical Records Recruiter builds and develop
long term professional relationships with clients and candidates.

must have seven years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
Prefer experience in health care industry. Electronic Medical
Records Recruiter must have an expert level of knowledge in
all full lifecycle recruiting components to include, but not
limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal,
job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management,
and due diligence. Electronic Medical Records Recruiter must
have a wide degree of creativity, business understanding,
and personal organization. Electronic Medical Records Recruiter
must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism
and constructive feedback, while being adaptable and flexible.
Electronic Medical Records Recruiter must have excellent project
management, writing and oral communication skills.
